Seems like it was over two years ago that voters approved a city bond to be used for traffic light synchronization. So why after two years is it still such a challenge to drive down Capital Boulevard without stopping ten times?

Oil companies and local businesses are conspiring to stall traffic light synchronization projects. That way, you burn more gas (and create more air pollution) sitting at the stop lights, and maybe you’ll get tired of waiting and go to a store instead.
Of course! How clever of you to point it out to me, Mike!
Man, a huge conspiracy right under my nose and I didn’t even see it. Gotta get my tinfoil hat readjusted, I guess. Just as soon as this light turns green . . .
Just another money grab by the local politicians. Like the $1 billion school bond this past election.
Why do we keep giving these people our hard earned dollars?
