My friend Jamie Gaines posted a pointer to his friend Jason Lefkowitz’s blog post regarding the revelations that Bush bypassed the FISA courts to spy on Americans. A few of the comments on his entry got my goat and I got caught up in knocking down the myths some see in this War On Terra.
