What does anyone expect? Their economy is expanding enormously and this is just one factor….they’re gonna use even more in the future.
1.3 billion people are starting to buy cars, motorbikes, need public transportation, goods being hauled, etc.
I’m not surprised – though it sucks for world energy prices :-\
