Despite being hung up on Friday, another Tuscany Industries (or Upgrade Now) car-warranty-expiring phishing call just came in, this time from 208-839-2686. This number, according to Google, is the mobile phone number of a man in White Bird, Indiana – an unlikely phisher. Falsifying their CallerID. Geniuses, real geniuses.
Since you clowns are most likely are reading this, let me tell you your days are numbered. You had a good gig while it lasted but I’m on to you. You’ve pissed me off and I will find you and I will turn the whole state and federal law enforcement teams on to you if that’s what it takes.

I note how their website has the logo of the Better Business Bureau but the BBB says the company is not a member. I would imagine the BBB might have something to say about their log being misrepresented.
I beleive I was taken by great atlantic warranty. I purchased their warranty for my car. I then cancelled it. I tryed repeatedly to get a refund only to get the run around. Just wondered if anybody had any ideas of what to do about it.
If you’re interested in a class action lawsuit (no, I’m not a lawyer), we might be interested. My bf is disabled and the calls have actually kept him from sleeping for days on end. I’ve just added him to the DNC registry. We’ll see how that goes.
I have the same problem as grizzly06. Rather stupidly I thought I was dealing with the dealer I bought the car from, as I was expecting a call from them. Once I purchased the warranty, I realised it wasn’t who I thought it was and have tried to cancel. I have been told it will be Jan 11thwhen I get my refund, but I don’t hold out much hope. Anything I can do?

Hi all. Another “auto warranty scam” .. this time the number is coming from ‘Tuscany Industries’. The # is 317-682-1340. The individual’s name is Chanelle (at least that’s the name she gave). Don’t be fooled. They’d called before and I asked to be removed from their call list, but they ‘must have forgotten’.

The only way you can get ahold of these guys is to call them early in the morning(eastern time) ,9 ,10 ,11oclock.this of course does not help with how rude they are or how much they still give you the run around.I’m still working on my situation and they are telling me they will handle it today.We will see.
