It's a limo service: essentially a cab without a meter. There's a fixed price to get to a certain destination and that's that. I found them to be much more relaxing than cabs since I know up front what I owe. Raritan sometimes sends a "limo" to pick people up from the airport. It's costs about the same as a rental car without the hassle of renting and returning it. It’s not a “limo” in the sense of a stretch car and all that.
