		<description>I saw the price at some gas stations go up 20 cents in the morning and another 20 cents that same evening. The price for regular is now $2.99 - $3.19, &lt;i&gt;if&lt;/i&gt; the station even has gas. About 15% of the stations around Charlotte have already run dry.</description>
